Policies

Our current order processing time is 3-5 days. Orders are shipped Standard Economy Ground. U.S. Orders time in transit will vary depending on your geographic location and generally takes 3-7 days in transport. If you have a "RUSH" need for your order, we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee we can ship any faster. If you require a rush, be sure to indicate that in the notes area when placing your order or email us.

You must provide a verifiable and deliverable address for shipping. We are not responsible for mis-entered,  incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. If your item is lost in transit we will file a claim with the shipping company and send a new order to you after a reasonable amount of time has passed to ensure items are not arriving late. Shipping times provided are estimates. Neanie & Creeper Co. has no control over delays, shipping times, or the shipping companies.

If your order is marked as "DELIVERED" by the shipping company and you did not receive your package you will need to file a claim with the shipping company or your local law enforcement agency. Neanie & Creeper Co. is not responsible for orders that may have been lost or stolen once they have arrived at your address and been marked "DELIVERED". Under these circumstances no refund or replacement will be given, so be sure you use a safe delivery location for your order. 

If for some reason you are not happy with an item you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of the original ship date for a one-time exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges for the returned item and the replacement sent. The item must be in new and unworn condition, must not have been washed, and must be free from any odors, including perfume, soap, cigarette smoke, etc. Items not in new condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 

Refunds or replacements will be given only for items you did not order or were damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to coordinate a return and refund. Returned items, whether you ordered them or not, must be returned in new and unworn condition with all tags in order to receive a refund. 

Please take care when placing an order. Order cancellations will incur a 15% re-stock and cancellation fee. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. 

If we find an item(s) you ordered is not currently available we will notify you. You can decide to cancel the backordered item(s) or wait for the inventory to come back in stock, at which time we will ship the backordered item(s) by standard means at no additional charge.

Your privacy and protection is important to us. Neanie & Creeper Co. only uses the information we collect from you for order processing. We will not sell, give, or trade your personal information to any outside entity unless required by law or a legal order. We use a secure, encrypted SSL server for all transactions. By using our website, you consent to allow Neanie & Creeper Co. to collect and use your information with the constraints outlined above. If you sign-up for our email notifications, you consent to receive promotions and specials on a regular basis. You may opt out of the email notifications at any time.
